Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you'll be the crucial link between our business and technology departments. You'll be responsible for ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization. This role demands strong communication skills and a meticulous approach to documentation and process analysis.

Responsibilities: In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders from various business departments to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements for new projects and enhancements.
  • Process Analysis & Documentation: Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Create detailed documentation of these processes using tools like flowcharts and business process models.
  • Technical Specification Creation: Translate business requirements into clear, comprehensive, and detailed technical specifications for the technology department. This includes use cases, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and the development team, facilitating communication and resolving any misunderstandings or conflicts.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing Support: Collaborate with the QA team to develop test plans and scripts, ensuring that the final solution meets the original business

requirements: Qualifications to be a successful candidate, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst in a technology-focused environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in documenting business processes and creating technical specifications.
