The Opportunity

We’re looking for a polished, capable professional to join our Global Partners team as an Adviser Support Executive at Skybound.

The Global Partners team is a unique, award-winning proposition within international financial planning. This is our client servicing division with several thousand English-speaking expat clients and a client relationship culture designed to maximise the effectiveness of ongoing advice.

You will be the person who keeps this advice team operating at the highest level, supporting client relationships, with a focus on tasks like top-ups, withdrawals and policy adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling policy servicing including valuations, withdrawals, top-ups, assignments, letters of authority, and transfers of agency
• Processing policy changes, including amendments to regular contributions, payment instructions, bank details, client information, beneficiaries and other account or policy details
• Supporting new business applications where required for pensions, regular and lump-sum savings and insurance cases
• Communicating with clients and advisers via email, phone, and written correspondence
• Liaising with providers, trustees, and pension schemes
• Updating Plume and other internal systems to maintain accurate and compliant records
• Managing incoming provider correspondence and maintaining organised workflow

What You Bring

• Previous experience in wealth management or financial advice administration, ideally including pensions and retirement planning
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Clear and polished written and verbal communication
• Professionalism when dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
• Confident using technology and keen to learn new systems
