In this full-time position based in Maroochydore, Queensland, you will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced brokers in providing tailored financial solutions to our valued clients. As a Broker Assistant, you will be an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional customer service and drive the success of our brokerage.

Key role responsibilities:

• First point of contact for clients attending the office.
• Provide exceptional service to the clients throughout the loan process.
• Provide efficient, compliant, and accurate administration to deliver quality support to the clients.
• Proactive interaction with clients and team members to ensure all necessary information is up to date and current in client management database and in client account records.
• Managing Broker diaries and ensuring all requirements are completed prior to the clients attending the office.
• Proactive phone calls and client contact to ensure upfront and ongoing support services are delivered.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience providing exceptional client service within a client facing environment.
• Demonstrate an ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work targets and activities with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and within a well-defined compliance framework.
• Experience with using lending software desirable, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Business Administration is desired
• Standard background checks include but are not excluded to criminal history, bankruptcy, ASIC.
