We work with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation.

Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end administrative support to the MY agency team, ensuring smooth daily operations

- Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot and escalate ad-related issues, assist in reviewing and resolving ad rejections.

- Manage incoming tickets through internal systems, ensuring timely assignment and resolution

- Maintain clear documentation of issues, actions taken, and outcomes

- Support the team in ticketing, preparing campaign reports, including data compilation and formatting

- Assist in developing case studies by gathering insights, performance data, and visuals

- Troubleshoot common campaign and platform-related problems

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve client concerns efficiently

- Maintain organized records of campaigns, reports, and client communications

- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination
