As an Adventure Park Activities Coordinator, you will create exciting and memorable experiences for guests while ensuring the safe operation of our adventure attractions. This role is ideal for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working outdoors, engaging with guests, and promoting a fun and active atmosphere.

What You'll Do as an Adventure Park Activities Coordinator:
• Monitor and operate adventure attractions, including the Air Jumper, Zipline, Rock Wall, Mechanical Bull, and Bounce House.
• Ensure guests follow safety guidelines and provide instruction on attraction usage.
• Create a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities and assist with other resort recreational activities as needed.
• Partner with other departments to promote activities and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Interact with guests, answer questions, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with daily operational tasks and support special events and resort programming.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring as an Adventure Park Activities Coordinator:
• Previous recreation, hospitality, attractions, or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for guest engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Commitment to safety and exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company golf carts.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must uphold Westgate Resorts' standards of professionalism, safety, and guest service.
