Advancement Associate
Location: Hopewell Junction
Status: Full-time
Greystone Programs is seeking an organized and outgoing Advancement Associate to provide hands-on, in-person support to our Advancement Department. This role supports donor engagement, fundraising events, stewardship activities, and day-to-day advancement operations while serving as a frontline representative of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fundraising, stewardship, and community events (setup, registration, guest engagement, breakdown)
- Interact professionally with donors, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and community partners
- Assist with donor acknowledgments, thank-you letters, and follow-up communications
- Track donations, sponsorships, in-kind contributions, and grants in CRM systems and Excel
- Support sponsorship fulfillment and recognition efforts
- Assist with Advancement committees, mailings, donor lists, and inventory management
- Respond to Advancement-related phone and email inquiries
- Support social media activities, monthly reporting, and basic marketing metrics
- Represent Greystone Programs at community events

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting fundraising, events, donor relations, customer service, or administrative operations in a mission-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems or ability to quickly learn
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
