主要职责 Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. 作为技术专家帮助客户解决技术问题，展示产品性能，推荐产品方案，成为美利肯塑料高性能助剂业务在客户端的技术代表，为客户提供技术培训，与客户建立良好关系。深入了解客户需求，为公司研发部门提供产品开发方向。

Serve as the technical expert to customers by troubleshooting technical issues at the customer site, demonstrating Milliken PA product capabilities, recommending solutions and serving as the Milliken PA representative in technical proposals to the customers. Provide technical training to customers and develop deep relationships with customers. Understand the problems that need to be addressed, provide the leads to R&D group for new product development.

2. 参加展会、学术会议以及相关技术会议，推广美利肯塑料高性能助剂产品

Attend trade shows, conferences and technical meetings involved in the promotion of Milliken PA products.

3. 为销售团队提供技术培训，同销售团队一同参与大客户管理，支持美利肯塑料高性能助剂业务的开拓

Provide technical training for sales team and work with sales team on strategic key account management and support Milliken PA business growth

4. 同上海塑料高性能助剂实验室及其他区域的实验室一起为客户提供技术支持，给予实验室技术员必要的指导。

Working with SH PA lab and other regional labs on TSR to support customers. Provide guidance to lab associate on TSR projects.

5. 同销售和市场团队一起参与新应用开发项目，为美利肯塑料高性能助剂产品寻找新的机会。

Work with sales and marketing team on application development project to find out new opportunities for Milliken PA products.

6. 协助研发团队参与新产品的开发和推广，深入了解市场和行业信息，积极参与全球技术团队的知识和经验分享。

Assist R&D and New Product development team on new product development and promotion to customers. Generate insights through deep market and industry knowledge. Be an active member of global technical community by sharing learnings and solving problems together.

7. 不断更新聚烯烃工艺技术和塑料加工工艺技术方面的知识，不断收集分析竞争产品的信息

Continuously update on the polyolefin process technology and plastic processing technology and gather competitive information.

职务要求 Requirements

1. 本科以上学历，高分子，塑料加工，材料科学或相关专业

Bachelor, Master degree preferred in Polymer Science and Engineering or Material Science, chemistry or another related field.

2. 5年以上石化、聚合物或塑料领域的技术服务、生产或研发方面的工作经验。聚烯烃（聚丙烯，聚乙烯生产，加工，添加剂）相关工作经验更佳。

More than 5 years’ experience of technical service, production or R & D in the petrochemical industry, polymer or plastics.

Experience in polyolefin plant including polymerization process, extrusion & pelleting process or additives will be preferred.

Knowledge of polyolefin application and processing technology (injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming, etc) will be a plus.

As part of the global technical team, continuously work on his/her ability to contribute to the global PA business outside China, through GTT, potential Project work, and collaboration with the global TS&D colleagues
