Northeast Energy Systems ("NES") and Western Energy Systems ("WES"), a division of INNIO, provide fully integrated Combined Heat and Power ("CHP") and Distributed Generation ("DG") power solutions through 10MW power blocks. Essential Responsibilities: 
•    Ability to read, interpret safety documents, schematics and other mechanical/electrical diagrams
•    Experienced in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems of an engine and/or generator.
•    The ability to work well as part of a team.
•    Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
•    Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
•    Must be able to communicate via telephone & email Qualification Requirements: 
•    Strong customer service mindset and strong skills to drive, support,
•    Empower and inspire the Service teams and Customers +5 years’ experience in a technical role
•    Service on engines (ideally INNIO Jenbacher engines) Technical attitude, complemented bystrong business acumen including basic IT skills
•    Willingness to work in shift model and on call
•    Experience working with electrical or mechanical systems
•    Fluency in English a must
•    Good interpersonal skills
Job specific knowledge:
•    Strong communication skills…experienced in customer communications
•    Boundaryless and multi-culture working mindset and team player
•    Able to work efficiently without direct supervision
Preferred:
•    Multi-year working experience with Jenbacher gas engines in the field, operational & commissioning, all engine types.
•    Jenbacher training certifications: FTB, FTA, CT1, CT2, MR
•    Mechanical/electrical RCA research and analysis exposure
•    Previous field experience a bonus
