As a Systems Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in overseeing and guiding a team of systems engineers in the design, development, and implementation of advanced systems and solutions. Your leadership will be essential in driving innovation, ensuring project success, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. In this role, you will impact the design and architectural aspects of complex systems, which may involve hardware, software, and network components. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the companys goals and objectives, Drive innovation and guide the development of advanced systems
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
• Regularly evaluate and provide feedback to team members
• Identify and mitigate risks, and make datadriven decisions to keep projects on track
• Champion best practices in systems engineering and integration
• Collaborate with technical experts and thought leaders to drive technological advancements
• Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
