Advanced Swim Instructor


As an Advanced Swim Instructor, we are seeking top-quality instructors with an extensive background in Swim Team, Stroke Clinics, Military Swim Test Preparation, and Adult Swim Instruction to help excel our swimmers to the next level. This is a full-time position and a great opportunity for instructors seeking long-term growth and advancement within LowCountry Swim School (LCSS)

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide life-saving swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities

  • Coach swimmers preparing for the next level of swimming, including competitive swim readiness

  • Lead Stroke Development Clinics and Swim Team Prep programs

  • Train and support swimmers preparing for Military Swim Tests, focusing on technique, endurance, and confidence

  • Instruct adult swimmers at all levels with individualized, goal-based training

  • Schedule and run monthly Mock Swim Meets to introduce swimmers to competitive swimming, meet structure, and racing skills

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in competitive swimming and stroke technique

  • Experience working with swimmers of varying ages and abilities
  • USA/or ASCA Preferred but not required,

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

LowCountry Swim School (LCSS) teaches swimmers of all ages and abilities to swim safely, confidently, and skillfully. We offer youth lessons, adult stroke clinics, competitive swim training, and specialized Adaptive Swim programs for individuals with disabilities. Our certified instructors focus on safety, technique, and confidence, helping every swimmer achieve their goals in a supportive, fun environment.

Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the school location, and not to US Swim School Association.
