The Advanced Studies Manager will provide, but not limited to:
Overseeing activities and timing for the coordination of Stamping Die & Equipment Advance Planning Activities: Support Capex Roll-ups and Make vs Buy decisions. Work with press loading to develop load plans,
Develop die costing methods based on previous program (surrogate) and support future forecasting.
Coordinate development of stamping launch processes that can be leveraged for global standard launch planning.
Ensure development of Quality Engineering Plans for stamping:
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical / automotive engineering or High School Diploma / GED and Journeyman Die Maker
10 years’ Die Making and Automotive experience.
