The Role

Are you passionate about helping organisations solve workforce and skills challenges while building meaningful relationships with business leaders? Pearson is looking for a commercially driven enterprise sales professional to help grow our Enterprise Learning & Skills business across Indonesia. In this role, you'll partner with enterprise and public sector organisations to support workforce transformation, talent development, workforce planning, and skills intelligence initiatives.

This is a high-impact hunting role where you'll identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and lead complex sales engagements from initial conversations through to contract signature. You'll work directly with senior business leaders, HR executives, and government stakeholders to help them address evolving workforce challenges through innovative learning, assessment, and workforce intelligence solutions.

What You'll Own

• Drive new business growth across Indonesia by building strategic relationships and creating opportunities with enterprise and government organisations.
• Develop and execute a robust pipeline strategy that delivers sustainable revenue growth and exceeds sales targets.
• Become a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, CHROs, learning leaders, talent executives, workforce transformation teams, and government stakeholders.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build compelling business cases that align Pearson solutions to customer outcomes.
• Represent Pearson in client engagements, executive forums, industry events, and strategic partner discussions.
• Collaborate with regional leadership, marketing, partnerships, and product specialists to identify and expand growth opportunities across the region.
• Maintain a deep understanding of workforce transformation trends, skills intelligence, and market developments across Indonesia.

About You

You bring significant experience in enterprise sales and a proven ability to build and grow strategic customer relationships. You're energized by developing new business, navigating complex sales environments, and influencing senior decision-makers.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally selling into large enterprises and/or government organisations.
• A track record of generating new business and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience selling HR technology, learning technology, assessments, certifications, SaaS, workforce transformation, talent, or other enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrated success in the Indonesian market and experience engaging senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• The ability to manage complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles.
• A self-motivated, resilient, and highly organised approach, with the ability to work independently in a regional environment.

It would be a bonus if you have:

• Existing networks within Indonesia's enterprise or government sectors.
• Experience in workforce transformation, talent management, skilling, assessment, credentials, AI, or learning solutions.
• Exposure to industries such as banking, technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, or large conglomerates.
• Experience working across Southeast Asian markets.
