Advanced Specialist, Program Manager

This role aligns to industry-level titles such as Innovation Lab Manager, Innovation studio Lead, Future Lab operations Lead.

The Role

Pearson is looking for a highly organised, hands‑on Program Managerto run daily operations in our London Innovation Lab. You’ll make innovation sessions, workshops, and experiments run smoothly, creating high‑impact experiences for internal teams, customers, partners, and executives.

What You'll Own

• Manage day‑to‑day Lab operations, scheduling, setups, demos, and readiness.
• Host visitors and ensure polished, professional Lab experiences.
• Support the design and facilitation of workshops and innovation sessions.
• Capture insights, outputs, and follow‑ups from Lab activity.
• Assist with early‑stage experiments, prototypes, and applied research tasks.
• Work with teams to prepare materials, demos, and customer/executive sessions.

About You

• Experience in innovation labs, design studios, startups, or product discovery environments.
• Strong organisational and facilitation skills.
• Confident hosting diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset and ability to work in fast‑moving environments.
• Curiosity about innovation, emerging technology, and the future of learning.

Role location: This is a hybrid-working role, whereby you'll work flexibly between your home and offices. London office area bases are preferable. Wishing you success with your application!
