About the Role:

We are looking for a professional to join the Education Specialists team In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention across Pearson’s most important client relationships. You will maximize revenue, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities within key accounts.

You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that support clients’ strategic objectives, with a strong focus on the Pearson English Journey offering

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction

·Identify and pursue business opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth

·Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions (Pearson English Journey) aligned with client needs

·Monitor account performance and proactively address challenges to maintain high service standards
