Celanese is dedicated to creating exceptional digital experiences for our users. We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for digital products such as websites, mobile apps, and software interfaces. Your primary focus is enhancing user satisfaction and usability by improving the accessibility, efficiency, and aesthetics of the product.

Responsibilities 职责

• Gathering insights into user needs and preferences through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Develop and implement innovative methods to improve the end-to-end user experience for our applications and systems.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction. This may include A/B testing and heuristic analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers and marketers to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design and technology.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and practices within Celanese.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
• Standardize the measurement of customer satisfaction across multiple applications.

Qualifications 要求

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on UX/UI experience in researching, designing, developing, and implementing solutions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills and innovative solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion.
• Strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies.
• Experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS or JavaScript.
