The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Advanced Services Business Analyst to join our Financial Operations team within Advanced Services & Digital Solutions. In this role, you will support key Toyota customers by managing equipment and financial operations processes that contribute to a positive and consistent customer experience. Working closely with Account Management, Customer Care, dealers, customers, vendors, and other cross-functional teams, you will help maintain equipment records, support billing and asset management functions, develop reporting, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to build strong relationships, enhance operational efficiency, and play an important role in supporting customer success.

Salary - $50,980 - $65,355 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
