This position is for a security guard and guard card is required. The hours are set, the starting pay is $18.00 per hour. This is a patrol position. A Signal Advanced Patrol Officer will conduct patrols, (foot and vehicle) for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety. In this position, the Advanced Patrol Officer may need to train and mentor new and existing team members. All duties listed below are minimum requirements – additional duties listed in the site’s Post Orders are requirements as well.

Responsibilities:

• Will conduct and deliver mobile security services that reflect the company’s values, expectations.
• Will write detailed and accurate reports for each patrol that serves Client needs and concerns.
• Promptly report any Client related information to the Branch Supervisor.
• Responsible for the care of vehicle assigned during shift including fueling, washing, and inspecting.
• Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by management team such as time on property, patrol completion, and task execution.
• Communicate with the Branch Supervisor to receive and disseminate information through daily huddles, such as the Client needs through post orders to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background check and drug test
• Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
• Complete training modules within first month
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
• Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
