UGL is seeking experienced Advanced Scaffolders to join our team supporting a roofing repair, remediation and replacement project on Barrow Island, WA.
This role will focus on the construction and dismantling of access towers, roofing edge protection systems, and associated scaffolding activities across multiple work areas. The project is expected to run for approximately 50 days, commencing in Mid/Late September 2026.

About the Role
As an Advanced Scaffolder, you will be responsible for:
• Erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently
• Constructing access towers and roofing edge protection systems
• Supporting roofing-related activities when scaffolding work is not required
• Maintaining strict compliance with site safety requirements and procedures
• Working collaboratively with supervisors and project teams to deliver project outcomes
About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
• Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence
• Ability to successfully complete a Verification of Competency (VOC)
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• Experience working on shutdown, maintenance or construction projects
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
Highly Regarded
The following qualifications will be viewed favourably:
• Basic or Intermediate Rigging Licence
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence
• Previous experience supporting roofing remediation or construction works
