Pay Range:
$24.40 - $33.55
The responsibilities of an Advanced Quality Technician are to perform tasks in the process of inspecting and testing science products. Duties may require interpreting results, inventory, and participation in complaint investigations. This position will participate in the continuous improvement of our products and customer-centered culture.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Conduct inspections of raw materials and finished goods to ensure specifications and quality
standards are met with minimal instruction and supervision.
• Conduct inspection of product literature and labels to ensure accuracy.
• Attention to detail. Ability to reconcile documents. Compile, analyze and report on data of moderate complexity.
• Consistently advocate for Quality Ideals by demonstrating commitment to meeting quality requirements in daily work
• Make decisions based on data or results of work.
• Draft and revise standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
• Propose and Implement process improvements.
• Utilize relevant internal databases and job-applicable software programs effectively.
• Demonstrate a high level of problem-solving ability with the capacity to suggest future changes.
• Participate in training less experienced employees.
• Fill in for all Quality Technician duties as needed.
• Follow guidelines and comply with all company safety, quality, and training procedures and
regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
