Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
Strong knowledge of quality core tools, particularly 8D methodology and structured problem-solving techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Proficiency in English at a professional level; German language skills are considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
Communicate external customer complaints to all relevant stakeholders, organize structured review meetings in line with defined methodologies, and oversee root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Prepare, document, and submit responses to customer complaints within the SAP system in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and define additional inspection or containment measures following external complaints.
Monitor and ensure the achievement of internal customer KPIs, driving continuous improvement in quality performance.
