Are you NNE's next Advanced Project Controller?

You will be part of our Project Controls Team, which includes 50 dedicated
controllers in Denmark and India who manage the largest execution projects at
NNE. We engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, and our ambition is to act
as reliable partners, offering support that ensures stakeholders feel in
control and well-assisted. This requires a proactive approach to task
resolution and a high degree of flexibility.

How
you might spend your days


As
an Advanced Project Controller, you'll be working with an innovative,
multi-disciplinary team where you will work on the following:

  • Lead project financial
    management for medium to large-scale projects, ensuring cost accuracy, control,
    and proactive variance analysis.
  • Drive forecasting and
    scenario-based analysis to support decision-making.
  • Perform deep-dive EVM
    and cost trend analysis to identify performance deviations and improvement
    areas.
  • Coordinate and challenge
    inputs from engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines for robust
    forecasting and progress reporting.
  • Facilitate risk and
    opportunity reviews, maintaining a live register and linking impacts to
    financial forecasts.
  • Provide insightful
    commentary on project performance to Project Managers and stakeholders.
  • Support audit readiness
    and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
  • Lead continuous
    improvement initiatives (e.g., Power BI dashboards, automation, process
    optimization).
  • Coach and guide junior
    project controllers, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistent practices
    across the team.

You
will work as part of a project cost management team. You will manage Project Cost
at all levels.


Who
you are

with PIMS, NAV, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Projects is essential. You will
act as Project Management's trusted advisor on Cost, Time, and Risk,
identifying potential risks and connections. You should constructively
challenge and take ownership of accurate reports.

The miles you’ve walked

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a
bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this
role:

  • A
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
  • 12+
    years of experience within Project Controls
  • Experience
    within Project Planning and Project Risk Management is an advantage
  • Experienced in the use of Earned Value Management methodology
  • You are fluent in English, spoken and written.
