Advanced Practitioner 16+ Care Leavers Team

Liquid Personnel are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner looking to join a 16+ Care Leavers Team based within Gloucestershire.

Salary up to £48,474

Key Duties will Include:

Our client is part of a forward-thinking authority which values support and progression, taking a relational approach to working with families. As an Advanced Practitioner you will hold a protected caseload of 8 children and young people offering oversight into pathway planning and independence work for leavers and support the development of junior colleagues.

About You:

  • Experienced Frontline Senior Social Worker.
  • SWE Registered and Recognised Qualification in Social Work.
  • Full Driving License.
