What You’ll Do:

What You Need to Bring:

  • Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing program.
  • Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri.
  • Certification: Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with active certification.
  • Experience: 1-3 years working as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
  • Collaboration: Hold a current Collaborative Practice Arrangement with the organization.
  • Certification: Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) verification.
  • Clinical Expertise: Demonstrates expertise in family practice and patient care.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to take initiative and demonstrate leadership within your role.

Physician Assistant (PA)

As a Physician Assistant (PA), you’ll provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services, working closely with patients and the healthcare team to provide effective and efficient care. You’ll assess and treat patients, order and interpret tests, make diagnoses, and offer preventive advice—all while ensuring the highest standards of care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Patient Care: Take medical histories, examine patients, make diagnoses, and treat injuries or illnesses under the supervision of a physician.

  • Documentation & Records: Accurately document patient evaluations, care plans, and services provided in the medical record.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians to deliver exceptional healthcare and ensure the best outcomes for every patient.

What You Need to Bring:

  • Education: Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant educational program.
  • Certification: Certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
  • Licensure: Current licensure in the state of Missouri.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Certification: Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
