Job Description


The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a premier
healthcare organization in Stayton, OR, and we are seeking compassionate and
dedicated Primary Care APPs (NPs/PAs) committed to delivering exceptional
patient care and promoting positive health outcomes.


This 40-bed independent hospital, located in the
heart of Willamette Valley, offers a provider-friendly environment,
broad-spectrum practice opportunities, and an exceptional quality of life in an
affordable, family-oriented community known for its local cafés, bakeries,
boutiques, and outdoor recreation.


What You’ll Do


In this role the NP/PA will provide comprehensive
healthcare services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, preventive
care, and chronic disease management to patients with a wide range of
healthcare needs and conditions. The provider works collaboratively with
physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct patient assessments and
    physical examinations

  • Diagnose and treat acute and
    chronic conditions

  • Order, interpret, and review
    diagnostic tests and imaging

  • Develop and implement treatment
    plans

  • Prescribe medications in accordance
    with state regulations

  • Provide preventive care,
    screenings, and health education

  • Manage chronic diseases and monitor
    patient outcomes

  • Coordinate referrals and follow-up
    care

  • Maintain accurate and timely
    medical documentation


What We Are Looking For


Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills


  • Current NP or PA license in the
    state of Oregon

  • Graduate degree from an accredited
    NP or PA program

  • National certification as an NP or
    PA

  • DEA registration (or eligibility)

  • 3+ years of NP/PA experience,
    primary care experience preferred

  • Current BLS & ACLS
    certifications

  • Strong clinical, communication, and
    patient care skills

  • Experience with electronic health
    records (EHR)

  • Ability to work independently and
    collaboratively in a team environment
