Job Description

You can join this nationwide network through Fall River Nephrology, which is seeking passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their team. This opportunity is open to candidates of all experience levels, though those with dialysis or nephrology experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Hiring Package:

Base salary $120,000 + Productivity incentives after year 1

Full-Time Benefits

Schedule/Practice Details:

Monday – Friday Office and ESRD Rounding

Shared panel with physician and dedicated partnership with MD and patients

Qualifications:

Master’s degree program in nursing or physician assistant studies with nationally recognized course content, formal clinical preparation with minimum hour standards per program requirements

Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.

Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus, resulting in improved patient outcomes.

Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.

Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.

Knowledge of documentation in medical records in a confidential manner.

This role has a salary range of $120,000 and regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid time off (PTO).
