Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider – Stayton, Oregon
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-supported outpatient clinic in Stayton, Oregon This full-time role offers a collaborative environment, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.
Position Highlights
Schedule 40 hours/week, salaried.
Team-Based Care Work with medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, and others.
Focus Provide primary care tailored to the clinic’s patient population.
Initiatives Engage in quality improvement, virtual care integration, and patient education.
Technology EPIC EMR system.
Qualifications
Active NP or PA license in Oregon.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Family or Internal Medicine.
Current DEA and BLS or ACLS certification.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary plus wRVU bonus potential.
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
34 days PTO annually (includes vacation, CME, holidays).
$3,000 CME allowance
