Sentara Medical Group is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine team at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital This is a 100% outpatient opportunity ideal for APPs who want meaningful clinical work, strong physician collaboration, and true work-life balance.

Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced APP, you’ll find a welcoming, well-established team with stable leadership that values collegiality, respect, and APP-driven care

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Location: Heart Hospital – Norfolk, VA

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

  • Setting: Full-time outpatient clinic (40 hours/week)

  • Patient Volume: ~12 patients per day

  • Scope of Practice: Management of a wide range of chronic pulmonary and respiratory conditions with primary focus on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Asthma

  • Call: None. True Life-Work Balance.

  • EMR: Epic

You’ll work alongside a collaborative Pulmonary & Critical Care team in an environment where your clinical judgment is trusted, your contributions are valued, and your workday is predictable.
