We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) team. This position works collaboratively with our fellowship-trained PM&R physicians to provide comprehensive, non-operative musculoskeletal care for patients with spine, joint, nerve, and sports-related conditions.
The ideal candidate enjoys building long-term relationships with patients, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Under the supervision of the PM&R physician, the Advanced Practice Provider will participate in the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions. The APP will play an important role in improving patient access, coordinating care, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the continuum of treatment.

Qualifications
Required
•Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current NCCPA certification (PA) or national NP certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Colorado.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
Preferred
• Prior experience in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, Spine, Neurology, Pain Management, or Musculoskeletal Medicine.
• Experience performing musculoskeletal injections or other office-based procedures.
• Familiarity with electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/NCS) workflows.
• Experience interpreting musculoskeletal imaging.
