Job Category: Health CareABOUT PARTNERCARE
PartnerCare is a leading provider of interventional pain management and musculoskeletal services headquartered in Tampa, FL. Across over 30 locations in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Tennessee, PartnerCare provides comprehensive care to its patients, offering minimally invasive alternatives to surgery that address the root causes of patients' pain and help them live their best lives possible.
ABOUT JAFFE SPORTS MEDICINE
Jaffe Sports Medicine is a PartnerCare affiliated multidisciplinary practice serving Southwest Florida with expertise in sports medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, interventional pain management, orthopedics, diagnostic testing, and physical therapy. With locations in Naples and Cape Coral, Jaffe Sports Medicine is expanding its clinical capabilities with the launch of a dedicated Regenerative Medicine and Integrative Musculoskeletal Care program.
The goal of this program is to support a broader multidisciplinary care model for patients seeking improved mobility, reduced pain, restored function, active aging, and nonoperative treatment options. This service line is intended to complement existing JSM capabilities in orthopedics, pain management, PM&R, EMG, and physical therapy.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in musculoskeletal care, orthopedics, sports medicine, PM&R, pain management, regenerative medicine, longevity medicine, functional medicine, or another closely related outpatient specialty. This person should understand regenerative and orthobiologic care while also recognizing how broader wellness, active aging, hormone health, peptide therapy, IV wellness, physical therapy, EMG, pain management, and orthopedic pathways may intersect with patient care when clinically appropriate and approved by leadership.
This is not intended to be a passive clinic role or an entry level training role. Candidates who thrive in this role will be clinically credible, relationship driven, commercially aware, comfortable educating patients about cash pay or elective services, and motivated to help build patient demand in partnership with physicians, clinical teams, operations, and leadership.
OUR COMMITMENT TO VALUES
At PartnerCare, we live our core values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. We seek team members who model these values through high standards of patient care, operational ownership, respectful teamwork, and continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Care
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with sports injuries, joint degeneration, tendon and ligament pathology, osteoarthritis, spine related concerns, chronic musculoskeletal pain, mobility limitations, and active aging goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that may incorporate regenerative therapies, orthobiologic options, physical therapy, orthopedic evaluation, pain management referral, EMG evaluation, medication management, lifestyle based recommendations, or other appropriate care pathways.
• Evaluate patient candidacy for regenerative and orthobiologic therapies based on clinical presentation, imaging, prior treatment history, contraindications, patient goals, and realistic expected outcomes.
• Provide thorough patient education on regenerative treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, limitations, alternatives, cost considerations, and post procedure care.
• Perform, assist with, or coordinate approved regenerative procedures based on licensure, training, privileging, physician protocol, medical director approval, and compliance review. Potential services may include Platelet Rich Plasma injections, prolotherapy, viscosupplementation, hyaluronic acid injections, ultrasound guided injections, BMAC related workflows, and other approved orthobiologic therapies as the program develops.
• Understand when advanced procedures or services should be performed by or referred to a physician, including orthopedics, interventional pain, PM&R, or other appropriate specialists.
• Maintain a balanced care approach that integrates traditional medicine, regenerative care, rehabilitation, and appropriate specialty referral rather than positioning one treatment pathway as the only solution.
• Manage follow up care and track clinical outcomes, patient response, and treatment progression to support program development and quality improvement.
Program Development
• Collaborate with physicians, the medical director, clinical leadership, PartnerCare leadership, operations, compliance, marketing, and finance to build and refine the Regenerative Medicine and Integrative Musculoskeletal Care program.
• Assist in developing patient pathways, referral workflows, treatment protocols, clinical escalation standards, informed consent processes, and patient education materials.
• Serve as an internal champion for the program by helping JSM providers, clinical staff, and operational teams understand appropriate patient profiles and referral opportunities.
• Participate in community outreach, local relationship building, and internal education efforts to grow awareness and utilization of regenerative services.
• Provide feedback to leadership on patient demand, patient questions, pricing considerations, referral flow, conversion barriers, workflow gaps, and program growth opportunities.
• Help establish regenerative medicine as a credible, compliant, and patient centered service line within an established multidisciplinary practice.
Patient Education and Service Line Growth
• Conduct consultative patient conversations that build trust, clarify goals, and help patients understand available options.
• Communicate clearly and compliantly about services that may be elective, cash pay, or not covered by insurance.
• Explain the value of regenerative and integrative care without overpromising outcomes or making unsupported clinical claims.
• Support appropriate consultation conversion through credible education, strong follow up, and clear expectation setting.
• Build relationships with patients, internal providers, and the local community to support program growth and patient retention.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• Current Florida licensure as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
• National certification through NCCPA, AANP, ANCC, or applicable certifying body.

• Strong clinical foundation in musculoskeletal medicine with the ability to evaluate and manage orthopedic, sports medicine, pain, and functional presentations.
• Direct exposure to regenerative medicine, orthobiologics, longevity medicine, functional medicine, cash pay care, or related patient education models. Candidates with only general interest and no meaningful exposure should not be prioritized.
• Strong patient education skills with the ability to explain complex treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, alternatives, and cost considerations in a credible and compliant manner.
• Ability to operate independently within defined protocols while collaborating with physicians, clinical staff, PT, orthopedics, pain management, EMG, operations, and leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort helping build a service line where protocols, workflows, and referral pathways are still being developed.
• Excellent communication skills, strong documentation habits, professional judgment, and commitment to compliance and patient safety.
• Current BLS certification.
Preferred
• Prior hands on experience with PRP, prolotherapy, hyaluronic acid injections, BMAC related workflows, ultrasound guided injections, or other approved regenerative injection therapies.
• Established ultrasound guided injection experience.
• Experience in a cash pay, concierge, private practice, regenerative medicine, longevity medicine, functional medicine, orthopedic, sports medicine, PM&R, or pain management setting.
• Experience discussing or coordinating hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV wellness, metabolic health, or active aging services within a compliant clinical model.
• Experience helping launch a new clinical program, service line, referral pathway, patient education process, or community outreach initiative.
• Existing understanding of the Naples, Cape Coral, or Southwest Florida patient population.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain.
WHAT WE OFFER

• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

• Modern facilities and a multidisciplinary team spanning PM&R, orthopedics, pain management, EMG, and physical therapy.
• Southwest Florida lifestyle with no state income tax.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Regular collaboration with physicians, clinical staff, physical therapy, operations, compliance, finance, marketing, and leadership is expected. Travel between clinic locations may be required.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ABILITIES
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout clinic and procedure spaces for extended periods.
