Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (FNP or PA) for Occupational Health at our Mentor, Ohio location. The APP will see pre employment, post offer, regulatory (OSHA), Fit For Duty, Return to work, and Workers Compensation physicals. Nurse Practitioners must be FNP. Will consider new grads with Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health experience or clinicals. The schedule is Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.A Brief Overview

EducationMaster's Degree from an accredited PA educational program (Required)(MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing (Required) Experience Qualifications1+ years as a Physician Assistant (Preferred)1+ years as a Nurse Practitioner (Preferred) Skills, & AbilitiesDemonstrated leadership skills.
