This service line is a team of Advanced Practice Providers that work exclusively in the Neuro Critical Care setting across Clements University Hospital and Texas Health Dallas. The team provides 24/7 coverage through a rotating schedule of days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with APPs typically working three 12-hour shifts per week. APPs care for critically ill neurologic and neurosurgical patients, including acute stroke, intracranial hemorrhage, and post-operative neurosurgical populations. We are seeking Physician Assistants or Acute Care Nurse Practitioners who can think critically, take initiative, and manage complex patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Providers serve on the front line of patient care, collaborating with physicians, fellows, residents, and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, respond to clinical changes, and support critical care interventions and procedures.
