The Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center (SCCC), a National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center affiliated with UT Southwestern Medical Center, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Neuro-Oncology team. This hybrid inpatient/outpatient role provides care for patients with neurologic and oncologic conditions across the continuum of care.
The APP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and allied health professionals to manage inpatient and outpatient Neuro-Oncology patients. Responsibilities include patient assessments, admissions and discharges, diagnostic interpretation, treatment planning, care coordination, patient education, and medication management.
This position offers the opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized Neuro-Oncology experts in a supportive, highly collaborative environment while practicing with a high degree of autonomy.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic responsibilities

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
Previous experience in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or Neuro-Oncology required; experience in Oncology preferred.
