About this role:
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. This APP will join our Utah Valley Clinic team inProvo, Utah. Our team includes five(5)Women’s HealthAPP’scurrently,and we are growing to nine (9) Women’s Health APP’s With our physiciansand APP’s, our team includesa comprehensive support staff. We focus on providing high-quality care for the full spectrum of women's healthcare needs.
This APP will provide care inclinic, supporting both obstetric and gynecologic patients. Majority of time will be spent providing annual well-woman visits,establishingcare and follow up visits, and limited urgent care. The APP may place IUDs, Nexplanon (if certified), routine in-clinic procedures, andassistwith surgical preparation activities.

What you’ll bring:
Utah license as a Physician Assistant (PA) or an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Utah State Controlled Substance License
Federal DEA Certificate II through V
BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
Minimum of one (1) Year APP experience in Women'sHealth
