The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary team within the General Internal Medicine Primary Care Clinic, delivering comprehensive care to adult patients with complex medical and social needs. The patient population tends to be older and often requires coordination across multiple specialties, demanding a high level of clinical acumen, critical thinking, and time management.
This clinic is distinguished by its academic mission and collaborative teaching environment. As a teaching clinic, it integrates medical students, residents, and fellows into daily practice. The APP will work alongside faculty and learners, contributing to both patient care and clinical education.
