Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Palmyra Medical Associates in Charlottesville, VA. Join a collaborative, patient-centered Family Medicine practice where your voice matters and your work truly makes a difference Become part of a close-knit, team-oriented environment that values open communication, mutual respect, and continuous growth. In this full-time outpatient role, you’ll care for a diverse patient population across all ages while working alongside experienced physicians and supportive staff who are committed to delivering high-quality, community-focused care.
Position Highlights:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours of admin)
14-16 patients/day
Collaborative practice with 3 physicians, 1 nurse practitioner, and 10 support staff
A dedicated mentor assigned, who provides ongoing guidance and practical support, ensuring a smooth and successful transition into practice
Minimal Call schedule – every 8-12 weeks – 24-7 nurse triage team used first
