Heart & Vascular Care is seeking an experienced or motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing cardiovascular team. We are open to both Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are interested in working closely with cardiologists and electrophysiology specialists in both clinic and hospital settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking to gain hands-on electrophysiology exposure, build strong cardiology experience, and join a collaborative, physician-led practice that values mentorship and teamwork.

Whether you have previous cardiology or EP experience—or you’re a strong new graduate eager to learn—our team is open to training the right NP or PA candidate.

  • Full-time Advanced Practice Provider position
  • Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital coverage
  • Evaluate and manage cardiology and electrophysiology patients
  • Participate in hospital consults and inpatient rounding
  • Collaborate closely with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and APP team members
  • Order, review, and interpret cardiovascular diagnostic testing
  • Manage medications and coordinate ongoing patient care
  • Exposure to electrophysiology procedures, arrhythmia management, and cardiac device patients
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Weekend call rotation approximately once every 7 weekends
  • Primary location in Johns Creek with occasional coverage in Cumming

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Georgia license or ability to obtain
  • Cardiology or electrophysiology experience preferred
  • Strong new graduate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants encouraged to apply
  • Cardiac RN background highly valued
  • Dependable, motivated, team-oriented mindset
