The Advance Practice Provider (APP) will support our Urgent Care Clinic in Eagle County, Colorado. They will perform tasks, treat patients, and develop/ monitor treatment plans in collaboration with, or as directed by, the supporting physician. We are looking for someone who is looking for the flexibility to maintain year-round, full-time employment while working hours that support our peak and non-peak periods as outlined below:
Peak and Non-Peak Periods
Peak Period
During the Peak Period, employee will be scheduled to work four (4) twelve* hour shifts per week in any Eagle County Urgent Care location, a total of 96 per pay period. If employee works an extra shift (above the required 4 shifts/week) employee will be paid locums pay consistent with Vail Health/CMM policies.
Non-Peak
During the Non-Peak Period, employee will be scheduled to work two (2) twelve* hour shifts and one (1) 8 hour on-call/admin shift per week. If available, Employee can voluntarily pick up shifts during the Non-Peak Period and may be put on call or called off in accordance with the Hospital’s On-Call / Call-Back / Call-Off policy and department staffing and scheduling processes.
