Panoramic Health is transforming kidney care by empowering providers to deliver exceptional patient-centered outcomes. Kidney Specialists of North Houston is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established and growing nephrology practice.
Whether you're an experienced APP or a new graduate looking to launch your career, we offer comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed in the rewarding specialty of nephrology. Providers with nephrology or dialysis experience are encouraged to apply, but experience is not required.

What You'll Do
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a key role in the management of patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, dialysis needs, and other nephrology-related conditions.
Responsibilities include:
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Round daily at dialysis facilities
• Participate in hospital rounding and inpatient care
• Collaborate closely with nephrologists and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care across multiple care settings
Schedule
• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Approximately two half-days per week in the office
• Daily rounding at dialysis facilities
• Hospital rounding responsibilities
• Local travel required between practice sites and care locations
Qualifications
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) degree from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Texas licensure
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Interest in nephrology and long-term patient care
