Job Description

We are a fast-paced, patient-centered private cardiology practice with a warm, close-knit team that truly enjoys working together. Our collaborative and supportive work culture is one of our greatest strengths, and we're looking for a talented and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) who will be a great fit with our team. You would join four experienced electrophysiologists and three APPs in a hybrid clinic-and-hospital role — caring for some of the most complex cardiovascular patients around, with the support of a tight-knit group that takes collaboration seriously. Our office is in the Boulders, steps from both hospitals we serve (CJW Medical Center).

What the role looks like day to day

You'll divide your time between clinic and the hospital, with real variety and real ownership throughout:

• See follow-up patients in the clinic setting
• Perform consults, H&Ps, and discharges for hospital patients
• Work directly alongside electrophysiologists on complex arrhythmia and device cases
• Collaborate with a cohesive team of physicians and APPs who communicate well and support each other

What we're looking for

• Cardiology experience — required
• Electrophysiology experience — strongly preferred; we'll invest in someone with the right foundation and genuine drive to grow in EP
• Strong independent clinical assessment and patient management skills
• A patient-first mindset — the kind of provider patients and colleagues alike are glad to have on their side

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: $120,000 to $145,000, commensurate with experience
