Advanced Math Teacher

St. Peter School | Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey

St. Peter School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Math Teacher to join our faculty. This position will provide advanced mathematics instruction to students in Grades 5–8 and is an excellent opportunity for an educator who is passionate about mathematics and committed to challenging students to reach their full potential.

Position Details

• Position: Advanced Math Teacher
• Grades: 5–8
• Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week
• Location: St. Peter School, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ

Qualifications

• Prior experience teaching mathematics is required.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics and the ability to provide appropriately challenging instruction to advanced learners.
• Ability to create an engaging, supportive, and academically rigorous learning environment.
• Commitment to helping students develop strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and mathematical reasoning skills.
• A commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education is strongly preferred.
