We are seeking experienced, entrepreneurial professionals to join our growing Private Wealth Advisory team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about working with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, executives, and affluent families. Advisors will focus on advanced estate planning, tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies, business succession planning, and sophisticated life insurance solutions while building their own practice with the support of an experienced and collaborative network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and centers of influence, including CPAs, attorneys, and other professional advisors.
  • Identify opportunities for advanced estate planning, wealth preservation, business succession, charitable giving, and tax-efficient legacy planning.
  • Design and implement customized financial and insurance strategies tailored to complex client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal advanced planning specialists, attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive wealth planning solutions.
  • Utilize life insurance, premium financing, and other advanced planning techniques to address estate tax, liquidity, and wealth transfer objectives.
  • Build and grow a referral-based practice through strategic networking, professional partnerships, and business development initiatives.
  • Educate clients and their advisors on sophisticated planning concepts and solutions.
  • Stay current on tax law changes, estate planning strategies, wealth management trends, and advanced insurance concepts.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, life insurance, estate planning, accounting, law, or business consulting.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage with affluent clients and professional referral sources.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and scale a successful advisory practice.
  • Knowledge of advanced estate, tax, and wealth transfer strategies is preferred.
  • Stay current on financial markets, products, and planning strategies
