We are hiring a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for the NEW product line to lead process innovation and efficiency across our production operations. In this role, you’ll develop and implement advanced manufacturing technologies that enhance quality, reduce costs, and support new product launches.

The anticipated salary range for this role in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom locality is between 25 200€ to 31 500€ gross per year —salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Compensation ranges are determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
