Capital equipment budget planningand tracking use industrial engineering methods todeterminethe assembly time (MTM).
Perform cost analysis of product and process alternatives (investments and assembly time)
Monitor and audit manufacturingbest practices and standards in the plant
Improvement strategies:Participateand/or lead activities for manufacturingfootprint analysis, continuous improvement of new and/or ongoing manufacturing process and lean manufacturing implementation.
