This role owns key reports, coordinates monthly reporting activities for the INNIO Group, gathers and validates key metrics, prepares management reporting pages, tracks forecasts, and drives automation of reporting-related processes. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain key recurring reports with a focus on accuracy and consistency (e.g., Trial Balance, P&L Statement)
  • Maintain integrity of data being reported and run data quality checks (e.g., master data, KPI automation)
  • Coordinate the monthly reporting cycle across relevant stakeholders and collaborate with different functions to improve reporting quality and usability
  • Collect, consolidate, and validate data for key metrics and management reviews; prepare reporting pages, dashboards, and presentation materials
  • Track forecasts, coordinate pacing, and support stakeholders with follow-up analysis
  • Identify reporting gaps, process inefficiencies, opportunities for standardization and optimize aspects of report creation
  • Drive automation of reporting, data collection, and pacing processes
  • Provide insights and support ad-hoc requests from Head of Group FP&A and VP Group Controlling

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance/Business Administration or Business IT
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), experience with financial systems / applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience with BI technologies (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Python)
  • Solid Professional experience in Accounting or Controlling
  • Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
