
The Advanced Field Service Engineer will have position of local System Engineer. Position is for high level expert to Support Service Customers, System’s Migration and Upgrades and Software and Hardware troubleshooting. As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, will play a critical role in delivering technical expertise and support to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our building automation and security systems. The Advanced Field Service Engineer shall be able to provide Preventive Maintenance, repairs and reaction to faults in BMS Systems, HVAC and Security Systems. Travelling 80% of time. Performing Remote or On Call Support. Maintain high level of knowledge of Honeywell’s HT systems, hardware and software platforms. Support other engineers in troubleshooting and technical issues. Creating offers for repairs.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
· Perform installation, maintenance, upgrades and migrations of Honeywell Building Automation products and solutions.
· Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for building automation systems and related technologies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
· Advanced Technical Support for all customers in the country.
SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES
· Share technical knowledge within team.
· Report progress of each service project/activities and issues.
· Carry out site work and international assignments from time to time if required.
· Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvement within service team.
· Comply with Corporate, local, health, safety and environmental regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
· Five years of experience in a similar position.
· Knowledge of Honeywell HT Systems hardware platforms.
· High knowledge in HVAC, security and BMS systems.
· High knowledge in Microsoft Server, Windows applications and AD management (would be an advantage).
· High level of Cyber Security awareness (McAfee, Symantec) (would be an advantage).
· High knowledge of Back-up tools (McAfee, Symantec) (would be an advantage).
· Proven experience with Cisco Networks (would be an advantage).
· Proven experience with Virtualization (vMware) (would be an advantage).
· Good knowledge and experience in hardware assembly process.
· Knowledge on English language. (Technical and communication level).
