Responsibilities
Manage onboarding for direct labour employees.
Coordinate and track versatility (multi-skilling) training.
Maintain and update training matrix.
Act as main contact for all direct labour training topics.
Identify training needs with production teams.
Organize and monitor training sessions and results.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and procedures.
