Independent execution of development activities.
Development activities
Independent implementation and coordination of development activities. Feedthrough of analyses, evaluations for optimization of products to be developed, technology modules and their implementation.
Feedthrough development tasks. Ensuring and optimizing the technical functionality of components by inserting development methods. Carry out and coordinate the development of components, carry out proactive coordination within the own team, with neighboring units, and with potential suppliers. Technical support for Purchasing when awarding orders for technical questions.
Systematic determination of suitable solution proposals in close cooperation with the laboratory. Development of solutions ready for submission, independent implementation after approval.
Implementation and coordination of design tasks accompanying the development activity.
Feedthrough of customer and supplier meetings on site.
Presentation and representation of the product to the customer. Feedthrough of application support in his area of responsibility.
Series production support in the assigned area
Qualification of modifications, feedthrough of cost reduction measures, development of variants of existing series products. Timely preparation and support of topics for change management and implementation.
Managing Projects
Planning, leading and controlling development projects, including according to the M1-M6 new product creation process or conduit of complex customer-specific product developments, as well as optimization of existing products.
Technical support for quality problems
Technical support in assessing quality problems (internal and external) and support in implementing suitable solution strategies.
Patent and technology management
Support in the evaluation of patents and regular development of technical ideas and cooperation with the patent department. Supporting technology scouting and monitoring in the product area.
Laboratory activities
Planning and conducting own laboratory tests, as well as creating specifications for laboratory tests.
Transfer of knowledge
Proactive transfer of knowledge and support for technical training courses (sub-topics).
Apprenticeship and experience:
Knowledge and skills are required, such as those acquired by completing a 5-year technical university education, e.g.: Master of Engineering in the field of machine building or comparable.
1–2 years of professional experience are required to carry out development tasks and to conduit development projects.
Very good spoken and written English.
This knowledge and skills can be acquired by other means, e.g. Bachelor of Engineering in the field of machine building or comparable and many years of professional experience
