As an Advanced Business Analyst I, you will:

• Manage IT system operations, maintenance, and development, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HR.
• Independently configure SuccessFactors Employee Central, including portlets, Business Configuration UI, MDF objects, workflows, business rules, and picklists.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards, including executing and maintaining Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls.
• Provide user training and support, including developing user documentation and delivering training sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT systems with business needs, translating requirements into system functionalities.
• Oversee vendor management and service delivery, ensuring quality service and optimising value for the organisation.
• Drive innovative ITIL-based change and release management processes to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• 7 to 8 yrs experience in the Employee Central module in Success Factors
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent entry-level experience.
• Experience in SAP HR, CPI Integrations, Integration Centre preferred.
• Experience in supporting the employee central modules , handling Incidents, migration and implementation will be required.

You will join the Enterprise IT team within GBS, which works across Research & Early Development, Manufacturing, Commercial, Operations, and Information Security. Our mission is to enable Novo Nordisk’s digital solutions for patients across the globe. Organisationally, you will be part of the SAP Eco Systems team in GBS, reporting to the local Head of SAP SuccessFactors Solutions.
