Your new role

As a Business Analyst specializing in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and evolving the HR technology that connects our global workforce. Your expertise will ensure seamless onboarding experiences and robust system performance that directly impacts employee engagement across the organization.

Day-to-day your tasks will include:

  • Managing the maintenance, enhancement, and development of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0 modules, ensuring system reliability and optimal performance for our global user base

  • Leading critical annual activities including instance refresh, release updates, data purging, and regression testing to maintain system integrity and compliance

  • Driving system enhancements through the full lifecycle – from discovery sessions and impact assessments to design, testing, delivery, and user training

  • Overseeing ITIL-based processes for Incident, Change, Release, and Test Management, ensuring smooth transitions during system updates and minimal disruption to business operations

  • Conducting comprehensive system management reviews including impact assessments, user reviews, RBP reviews, and obsolete configuration audits to optimize system efficiency

  • Collaborating with SAP and external vendors to troubleshoot complex issues, negotiate service delivery, and align system capabilities with evolving business requirements

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (SARBOX and GDPR) through regular audits, monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation

You'll be joining the SAP Eco Systems team within Global Business Services (GBS), part of the Digital, Data & IT organization. Our mission is to create intuitive user experiences and deliver tangible business value for our 70,000+ colleagues and 6,000+ managers globally. Operating across Denmark and India, we work as one connected team, bridging time zones and cultures to deliver world-class HR technology solutions that enable our people to thrive.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for an experienced SuccessFactors professional who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking and a collaborative mindset. You'll bring with you:

  • 7-8 years of experience in the IT industry, with 3-4 years of specialized expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding module

  • Proven implementation and support experience in Onboarding 2.0, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations under your belt, having experience in the Employee Centrale module will be an added advantage

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, change and release management, and business process optimization within HR technology landscapes

  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting complex system issues, project management, and engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders across organizational levels

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (ITIL or SuccessFactors certifications are advantageous)

  • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness to collaborate effectively across global teams in Denmark and India, with flexibility for virtual meetings outside normal working hours

  • A problem-solving mindset that combines analytical rigor with creative thinking to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals
