Advanced Analytics & Modelling Manager RRP

What will you do?

You will partner with the RRP Director and Strategic Insights Director to model and forecast Reduced Risk Product performance across the U.S.

Reduced-risk products (RRPs) are products with the potential to reduce the risks associated with smoking, e.g. modern oral, e-vapor, heated tobacco sticks.

You will build detailed, SKU‑level forecasts to support production planning, pricing decisions, and write‑off minimization.

You will own data management and synchronization across multiple sources, ensuring a single, reliable view of performance and trends.

You will work closely with RRP, Commercial Strategy, and Sales teams, translating complex models into clear insights and recommendations that inform major business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive forecasting and market modelling for RRP categories in the U.S. at national, state, and SKU level.
  • Develop robust forecasts using multiple internal and external sources, aligning assumptions with Corporate Strategy, Regions, and HQ to ensure a single, consistent market view.
  • Provide pricing and promotion insights by analysing competitive activity, pricing elasticity, and state‑level dynamics to inform pricing corridors, promotional mechanics, and production planning.
  • Manage and align data across systems and sources, ensuring high data quality, accurate SKU mapping, and a single source of truth for reporting and analysis.
  • Support RRP, Commercial Strategy, and Sales teams with data‑driven insights for route‑to‑market and portfolio strategy, identifying performance trends and opportunities by channel and geography.
  • Support leadership with business updates, market visit materials, and regional and HQ reporting through timely, accurate, and actionable analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree required, preferably in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in market modelling, forecasting, and strategic insights, ideally within FMCG / CPG environments.
  • Strong expertise in forecasting methodologies, market modelling, and translating data into business‑relevant insights.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence across teams.
  • Proven project management capability, combined with curiosity, a self‑starter mindset, and high ownership.
  • Excellent command of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

What We Offer

Join a dynamic and inclusive work environment which supports your professional development and personal well-being.
